Access to videos

How long does it take to process your account to be able to watch the videos you paid for? Looks like the credit card payment was processed. Why do I not have access yet?

Sometimes enrolment doesn't go through automatically and we have to manually approve it, we will usually aim to get this done within 24hrs, often quicker if the order is placed within our working day.
