I have been looking to build a boat for a while now, but am finding it hard to decide on which one.  I have been looking at plans over on Glen L, and I really like the design of the barrelback 19, and zip.  My dream boat would be the Riva Aquarama, but i should maybe start small first :).  Anyhow I kinda thought an outboard would be simpler, which is why i liked the zip.  But I also have a cnc router that i wanted to make use off, which is why I came here.  Obviously I love the temptress, but again maybe down the line.  Next i looked at rocket MK2, but i wanted something that could hold more people, but have the rocket look.  So now I'm at the playboy GR.  I like what Mike is doing with extending the cockpit and would really love to see more of this.  Would this look and operate fine?  I'm in Northern Ireland, so would be using this in Strangford lough.  The biggest and strongest tidal lough in the UK I believe.  Its only really strong at the narrows.  Would playboy be ok in a lough like this?

Basically I want someone to tell me what to build, considering I like the 2+3 seating cockpit and the Temptress/Barrelback style, all done on cnc? 🙂
