Good afternoon. I was watching your video this morning of the bulkhead installation. Two questions was there a reason you waited to clean up the sanding residue until you installed the components and why not bond the two parts on your setup board before installing on the strongback?

Yes, as you can see the bulkheads and frames come into the stringers from opposite sides. This is why they can’t be paired at the frame construction stage.
No real reason for waiting to cleanup. I wasn’t actually expecting the frames to clean up soo nicely. I wasn’t intending to clean everything but when I saw how good it looked I couldn’t resist 😁
