Payment

We accept payment via Stripe. Please visit the Stripe website for their full terms and conditions.

The goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds have been paid in full to Dan Lee Boatbuilding.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Dan Lee Boatbuilding monitors prices on a regular basis. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, Dan Lee Boatbuilding reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

By placing an order, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Products

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery/collection date.

Returns Policy & Guarantee

If you are a Consumer, by law you have the right to cancel your contract before you receive the products or to return any products to us within 7 working days after the date of receipt of the product. Online enrolment cancellations must be made within 24hrs of payment and upon issuing a refund, material access will be revoked. Your right to cancel your order after receiving the products shall not apply to:

Digital download files.

Products supplied to your specification or which are personalised; or

Products which are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
