Pro-set teak deck red embossed vacuum bagging film is my go to film for all veneering and cold moulding operations. The embossed surface of the film eliminates the need for a separate breather fabric within the setup. This makes vacuum bagging wood veneers a quicker and less wasteful operation with fewer consumables needed.
The triangular embossed pattern ensures good transfer of air throughout the vacuum bag giving an even pressure reduction within envelope and single sided vacuum bag operations. This is an ideal solution for vacuum bagging cold moulded planking and wood veneers in all applications.
Standard vacuum bagging tape adheres well to the film securing it around all edges. Providing the tape is delicately removed and the film not torn, it can be re used many times.
The embossed red vacuum bagging film is available in 1.5m widths and 30m or full 266m roll lengths. The thickness is 75µ.
