Yes the framing bends into place against the jig structure that you have built. It looks as though you have one of the vertical posts in upside down, these should both be the same height either side. If you correct that first, I would then recommend bonding the jig part into place on the boat. The centre post locates into the keel and the deck beam to position it. The bottom bow also secures into the stringer notches in their aft ends. Once you have bonded that in then you can bend in the framing with more support.
