Stringer profiling jig, this is a one piece plastic version of the plywood & nails combination that Dan used to mark out the stringer profile.
Scribing jig, this is a 3D printed version of the metal jig that Andrew left with Dan on his last visit for the framing, it’s a 2 part jig, simply snap the guide rail into the main body and it’s ready for use.
Frame station marking guide, this plastic guide fits between the station grooves on the stringer jig, it then projects the lines off the jig and onto the stringer, there are 3 slots for marking off at 100mm, 110mm & 120mm depending on which frame is being marked up. The jig is also slightly narrower that the finished frame thickness so the transferred pencil lines are exactly 22.5mm wide.
Frame slot cutting gauge, this was great to use, by cutting the frames slots with the frames back to back, the gauge ensured that the slots were in line, at the correct thickness (22.5 mm) and also dead square to the stringer.
