Playboy MK 2
Good Morning
I am in the process of getting all the parts for the Play boy MK 2 CNC cut.
I received the parts for the internal frames and noticed that they arrived with drilled alignment holes. These holes also mirror the gussets.
What’s the best process to bond these together? Would a Thickened epoxy and plug work or would a solid wooden dowel (Tree nail) be better?
I originally thought looking at the plans that these were engraving references for screws.

Hi Stephen
I presume this is the Gentleman's racer version of Playboy? I think with this one I designed it so that gussets and frame components would lock together. I would recommend using dowels for this to go through all layers. It should give great alignment and strength to these joints.
